Our collective experience in Property Management dates back to the year 1994, when Grant Stewart spent several years with Chesterton International, one of the largest commercial real estate agencies in Perth in the role of Commercial Property Manager, where he managed a personal portfolio of 40 plus commercial properties, many of which were West Perth and inner suburban office & retail buildings. Moving on from there, Grant worked at Major Corporate and then CB Richard Ellis before setting up his own agency in the year 2000. Grant’s breadth of expertise covers all types of residential homes as well as commercial/retail/industrial buildings and small to local sized shopping centres.
Tasha Stewart moved from a very successful career in retail management to real estate in the year 2011 to build and manage our Property Management portfolio and to ensure our services provide direct efficiencies for both property owners and tenants. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Curtin University, where she graduated with the Universities “Innovation Award” and was also inducted into the “Gold Key International Honour Society” for graduating within the top 6% of university academic achievement internationally.
