Grant Stewart, the Co-founder of Province Property with his wife Tasha Stewart, has been operating his own real estate agency since the year 2000 and they took the decision to re-brand in 2011 – hence the birth of Province Property. Previously heavily involved in a very broad variety of property streams the decision was made to narrow the agency focus to concentrate on the emerging city and surrounding suburbs residential market. This residential population has grown to the burgeoning metropolis that we see today. Together Tasha and Grant have formed a formidable partnership in a very short space of time.

Leasing and Management of residential properties go hand in hand. Our agency specialises in leasing residential properties and we use our professional and friendly negotiating skills and market knowledge of the real estate industry to consistently achieve the best results for our clients.
Management
Once we have leased your property, then then move to the management, undertaking every aspect of the various management functions by keeping up consistent communication with your tenants, recommending proactive maintenance that is cost-effective in the long run & making sure the rent is at market price. Good property management also relies on the rapport that can be built with tenants. Often when this relationship is developed and respectful, there can be fewer incidences of rent being late or damage done to the property.
Selling
We have a broad range of experience in selling property, from residential green title and strata title properties, to commercial properties and development sites. If you’d like to lease your property furnished, we can furnish your property for you too. Offering a fully furnished property can give you huge competitive edge and help you achieve a higher return.
Demand for furnished rental properties is significantly higher than unfurnished in the inner city, and this ratio changes the further the property is from the city centre. We will conceptualise and select the appropriate furnishings for the property, arrange for the purchase, delivery, installation and assembly of your furniture package and we’ll then stylise the property ready for photography and it’s offering to the market.
