Grant Stewart B Com (Property)
Grant has arguably one of the highest & broadest ranges of qualifications, knowledge and experience of any agent currently operating in Perth. He has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Curtin University majoring in Valuation & Property, has worked as a Qualified & Licensed Valuer, Commercial/Industrial/Retail Sales & Leasing Agent, Commercial & Residential Property Manager and Property Consultant.
Grant started his property career working for an international property developer in 1988 and went on to graduate from Curtin University in 1995, achieving his qualifications as a Licensed Valuer in 1996 and as a Licensed Real Estate Agent (Principal) in 1998. He worked with various commercial agencies including CB Richard Ellis, Major Corporate & Chesterton International before he started his own real estate agency in the year 2000 and has owned and operated his own agency, since then.
Grant’s sales achievements include the sales of development sites for apartment developments, commercial office buildings, industrial warehouses, mixed use sites (residential & retail/office), houses, apartment/units and the occasional business as well as a solid role as a buyer’s advocate. To date, Grant has sold an estimated $200 million worth of property and climbing (not to mention approximately 100 retail & commercial leases). Grant has also undertaken a stint in the role of Real Estate Sales Trainer and has trained sales staff at several of the larger Perth real estate franchises.
Grant also wishes to share this with you:
“when I left one of the largest city real estate agencies, I had a very wealthy client who wanted to keep me as his agent but he was concerned that my own new agency would be too small – so we had the following conversation:
Grant – when you were my client at ……. how many staff did they have?
Client – about 120 staff I think
Grant – and how many of those staff were looking after your properties?
Client – well, just you
Grant – so now I have my own agency, who will be servicing your property needs?
Client (smiling) – the same person, you will!”
So, Grant’s point is – it doesn’t matter how big or how small your real estate agent’s company is – what does matter is this – who will be the person responsible for delivering that agency’s promises to you? In our case – it is us – and because we are a boutique agency, every client is just that much more important.

Tasha is a rising star in the real estate heavens. In her first 14 months in real estate – starting in April 2012 to June 2013 Tasha sold 10 properties for a total sales price of $12.2 million – someone forgot to tell Tasha she was new to the industry!
Tasha started taking responsibility very early in her life and by the age of 17 had worked her way to her position as the floor manager for one of the Bunnings Superstores with approximately 30 staff – she then managed a fashion boutique and a bridal company, all the while completing her Bachelor of Arts Degree at Curtin University majoring in Fashion & Textiles. Tasha graduated and was awarded membership to the University’s Golden Key International Honour Society for outstanding scholastic achievement in the top 6% of university graduates worldwide. In between all of this, Tasha represented Western Australia in the State Women’s Soccer Team 11 times. Someone forgot to tell Tasha that students are supposed to breeze through their student years!
Moving on, Tasha started with international retail heavyweights Swarovski and within 12 months she was managing their Garden City Regional Shopping Centre store at Booragoon. Tasha’s exceptional people skills, friendly & trustworthy disposition and commitment to excellence are a boon for our clients and we are very excited to be part of Tasha’s exciting journey in property – as are all of her rapidly expanding band of clients. Tasha has already taken charge and made our Property Management & Leasing portfolio her own project and is rapidly expanding this essential part of our business, as well as increasing her sales profile in leaps and bounds – she has also brought in property managements and investors to our business and is a cornerstone of our agency.
